I am what i am today

If there were no mock tests, i would have not able to clear the certification exam. The fear of not able to understand some of the topics was getting on to my nerves. But i am happy that i made the right choice of choosing the Genesys Cloud CX Professional Certification practice tests. Passed with good score.
